TotalCare eHealth Inc., DBA Agile MSK operates the AgileMSK app and website (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
To help keep our databases current and to provide you the most relevant content and experiences, we may combine information provided by you with information from third party sources, in accordance with applicable law. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to:
Name;
Date of birth;
Company name;
Email address;
Telephone number;
Address;
Country;

Payment/billing information (where a product, app or website is ‘paid for’);
Eligibility information (e.g., for specific branded clinical version of our app(s)); and

Where your consent is required, we will obtain your permission before (i) sending you news and promotional material about Agile MSK; (ii) accessing information stored on your device relating to your use of, and engagement with, websites and apps and crash reports; and (iii) using automated systems to analyze your content. You can withdraw your consent to such activities at any time.
We use your personal information to enable you to register with Agile MSK and to provide you with our website and apps, and other products or services that you request.
We provide interactive features that engage with social media sites, such as Facebook. If you use these features, these sites will send us personal information about you.
There are several places within Agile MSK services that allow you to post comments, upload pictures, or submit content which will be publicly available where you choose to participate in these activities.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact, Registration, and Other Interactive Forms
If you complete a form on this website, we may collect the data provided through the form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent, various data strings passed to the form through a URL variable or other method, and other similar data.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How does Agile MSK use the information it collects about me, and what are the legal bases for these uses?
Agile MSK uses the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
- To fulfill a contract, or take steps linked to a contract: this is relevant where you register to use a Agile MSK app or website (whether free, paid, or as a free trial). This includes:
- Providing you with the Agile MSK websites and apps for which you have registered, and any other services or products that you have requested;
- Verifying your identity;
- Taking payments;
- Sending you necessary communications (for example, related to payments or expiration of your subscription); and
- Providing customer service or support.
- As required by Agile MSK to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, in particular:
- Providing you with the Agile MSK websites and apps for which you have registered and any other products and services you have requested;

Agile MSK online advertising
Agile MSK advertises online in a variety of ways, including displaying ads to you on other companies’ websites and apps and on social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Agile MSK websites use cookies and similar technologies that allow us to gather additional information to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising.
We collect information such as:
- Which ads are displayed;
- Which ads are clicked on; and
- Where the ad was displayed.
Buttons, tools, and content from other companies
Agile MSK apps and websites may include buttons, tools, or content that link to other companies’ services (for example, a Facebook “Like” button). We may collect information about your use of these feature, such as content “liked” and address information in Google Maps. In addition, when you see or interact with these buttons, tools, or content, or view a Agile MSK web page or app containing them, some information from your browser may automatically be sent to the other company. Agile MSK social networking pages and social sign-on services
You can sign in to some Agile MSK apps or websites using a social networking account, such as a Facebook account. Where you give appropriate permissions, we will receive information about you from your social networking account, such as name, location, basic demographic information.
Agile MSK has its own pages on many social networking sites (for example, the Agile MSK Facebook page). We will collect information which you have made publicly available on your social networking account, such as name and interests in our products and services, when you interact with our social networking pages.
Does Agile MSK share my personal information?
Sharing with other Data Controllers
The types of third parties your information may be shared with include, our resellers and other sales and advertising partners, retailers, research organizations, advertisers, ad agencies, advertising networks and platforms, information service providers, publishers, and non-profit organizations (with your consent, if required).

Is my personal information displayed anywhere on Agile MSK’s websites or applications?
There are, and will be in the future, several places within Agile MSK’s websites and apps that allow you to post comments, upload pictures, or submit content for others to see. Sometimes you can limit who can see what you share, but there are some places where what you share can be seen by the general public or other users of the app or website. Please be careful when you share your personal information. Do not share anything you wouldn’t want publicly known unless you are sure you are posting it within an app or website that allows you to control who sees what you post. Please note that when you post messages on certain user forums on our websites and app, your email address or name and/or profile photo may be included and displayed with your message.

We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and Agile MSK cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.

Your personal information and files are stored on Agile MSK’s servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us.

The Agile MSK family of companies and companies we hire to help us market our websites and apps on our behalf may use your information to provide you with information and offers related to Agile MSK.
